| Margaret Burd President, Chief Executive Officer Margaret is a recognized leader in building and growing successful high-tech organizations. Prior to Green Energy Corp she founded two successful software engineering firms: Magpie Telecom Insiders and Magpie Healthcare. Margaret has over 15 years of experience in software development at Lucent Technologies and Bell Laboratories, as a developer, project manager, technical manager and director. She has a master's degree in computer science from the University of Kansas and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Southwest Missouri State University, and holds two patents. |

| Jennifer Godin Goss Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer Jennifer joins Green Energy Corp with more than 20 years of financial services experience. As Senior Vice President at CoBank she led a national team of banking professionals specializing in electric cooperative financing. She was also responsible for managing the capital markets division for the Energy and Communications Banking Group. Prior to joining CoBank in December of 1998, Goss worked for Fleet Bank where she served in a number of relationship manager and portfolio management positions. Goss received her bachelor’s degree from Assumption College. |

Judson Smith President Green Energy Corp Services Division Judson A. Smith Jr. has over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Software Consulting industries. He began his career with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he worked on projects under the purview of the National Communications System to help secure and stabilize the U.S. telecommunications grid. He spent more than 15 years working for Nortel, AT&T, Lucent and Avaya managing large scale software development projects. Jud's accomplishments include managing a $100M joint development partnership with Japan's Toshiba Corporation. The jointly developed SIP VoIP products were successfully deployed as a showcase solution in Toshiba HQ in Tokyo with 10,000 SIP VoIP phones, the largest SIP VoIP solution in the world at the time of installation. Jud's most recent work has been as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MagpieTI and Vice President of Finance for Green Energy Corp. He obtained his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wittenberg University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University. |

Barry Ostroff Chief Software Architect Barry is recognized for his expertise in networking, scalability, and high availability options in the design and development of platform and application software. He was previously a distinguished member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories. In his 27-year career, he has been both a chief architect and a lead developer of many distributed platform telecommunication products. He has also functioned in project management, partner development, front-end contract work, and acquisition analysis. He has a master's and a bachelor's in computer science from the University of Maryland, and is the holder of two patents. |

| John Camilleri Executive Vice President Product Development John leads the organization as the power industry expert with respect to the development of innovative solutions for the smart utility of the future. John served in the Operations division of AREVA T&D providing leadership to the engineering and product development organizations as well as working closely with utility customers. For Microsoft, John managed developments of security features and architecture for several windows mobile product lines. John holds both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, is a Senior Member of IEEE and is active in the Architecture Group within NIST working on Smart Grid Security Guidelines. |

| Adam Crain Chief Platform Architect Adam leads the GreenBus platform development and open source efforts. His experience in the power industry includes SCADA systems, substation automation, control centers, field devices, protocol stacks, and concentrating photovoltatic systems. He is the principal author of Green Energy Corp's first open source release, DNP3, a high performance implementation of Distributed Network Protocol. Adam was the principal software engineer behind Skynet, a control system for arrays of robotic telescopes. Skynet (http://skynet.unc.edu) is now an integrated part of the high school and college curriculum in North Carolina. Adam holds a BS in Physics and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
